EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge business needs with technical EPM solutions. You will lead project teams, deliver finance transformation programs, and guide client engagements across planning, forecasting and reporting domains.

The role emphasizes architecture guidance, risk control, and client relationship development. You will work with a variety of EPM tools (Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik) and contribute to shaping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience
• Five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik)
• A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM tools including AI capabilities
• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis
• Proven track record of successful solution / architecture design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
