Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead projects across a portfolio of finance transformation clients. You will supervise project teams, translate business requirements into effective EPM architectures, and guide implementation of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting solutions.

You will manage client relationships, drive revenue through strategic opportunities, and mentor junior consultants while staying current with evolving EPM tools and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in complex consultative services in EPM focus areas (master data management, actual consolidations, planning/budgeting, forecasting or BI).
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.
