Job summary

EY in the US seeks a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge business needs with technical solutions, guiding architecture for forecasting, planning, budgeting, consolidations and BI integrations.

You will lead project teams delivering finance solutions, manage risk, and drive development on strategic accounts across a global EY practice. Expect engagement with AI-enabled EPM tools and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in complex consultative services: MDM, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and deliver finance solutions for diverse client portfolios.
• Oversee quality, risk, and delivery of technology solutions and governance.
• Identify process improvements and lead business development on strategic accounts.
• Support the solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools and analytics.
