Job summary

myTOD is seeking a Director, Enterprise Payroll to provide leadership and coordination for payroll processes across H&S Ventures. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll leadership, including design and implementation of enterprise payroll systems, particularly using Workday Payroll. Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll leadership experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing complex payroll environments.
• Experience designing enterprise payroll models and governance frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, especially in California.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise payroll design principles.
• Lead enterprise payroll implementation and operational processes.
• Direct payroll processing activities for the family office.
