Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center seeks a Director of Workday Payroll and Accounts Payable to provide strategic and operational leadership for payroll services across a complex healthcare workforce. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, vendor payments, and strong internal controls using Workday Payroll and integrations with HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Scheduling.

The role requires 10+ years in Workday Payroll and multi-entity experience, 5+ years of leadership, and certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll function across multiple hospitals, clinics and services.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and vendor payment terms.
• Own Workday Payroll configuration, maintenance, testing, and optimization.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor management and expense reimbursement programs.
• Drive automation and process improvements within Workday Payroll and AP.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance and Leadership to optimize operations.
