Job summary

M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY, seeks a Manager of Enterprise Payments to define and execute the strategy, modernization, and future-state evolution of the payments ecosystem. This leader will set the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Zelle, RTP, FedNow, Payment APIs, and emerging capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Combined minimum of 10+ years of higher education/and or work experience in product management, product ownership, business, technology, payments, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for enterprise payment capabilities and align investments with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and communicate a long-term vision for payments architecture, modernization, customer experience, resiliency, and innovation.
• Lead multiple agile product teams responsible for enterprise payment products and services and manage the product portfolio for modernization initiatives.
• Lead transformation efforts focused on payment modernization, cloud enablement, API adoption, and platform simplification.
• Establish requirements, prioritize features, and guide delivery teams to meet objectives and regulatory obligations.
