Job summary

EagleBank is seeking an ACH Operations Specialist to support day-to-day processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of ACH and instant payment activity. You will handle exceptions, research issues, and provide responsive support to customers, branches, and other financial institutions.

Role requires 2 years in bank operations, familiarity with ACH, and strong analytical skills. You may participate in DRBCP and risk reviews during normal business hours.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; strong banking fundamentals expected.
• 2 years bank operations experience, ACH/payments, or risk/compliance.
• Experience with FIS core banking systems preferred.
• Able to analyze, research, and resolve high-risk transactions.
• Interacts with senior management and internal/external partners.
• Strong analytical, organization, and customer service skills.
