Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Operations to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated action. You will partner with the Enterprise Operations Lead to advance governance, alignment, and execution across Finance, Talent, IT, Risk and Lines of Business.

In this fast-paced role you will lead cross-functional projects, synthesize data into actionable insights, prepare executive materials, and help drive measurable improvements in efficiency, and operational discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations, business transformation, consulting, or related function.
• Experience leading large-scale complex projects and initiatives and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support enterprise operational projects addressing transformation needs.
• Advise business leaders by clarifying needs and structuring issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational effectiveness.
