Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an Enterprise Project Manager to shape initiatives across the organization. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects, align priorities, and ensure delivery against time, budget, and quality expectations.

You’ll establish and maintain governance, manage dependencies, and provide concise reporting to help leaders make timely decisions and keep enterprise initiatives on track. This is a flexible-location role with emphasis on delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering cross-functional initiatives (business/tech).
• Ability to lead complex work with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and priorities.
• Strong facilitation and communication for senior leaders and steering groups.
• Proficiency with core PM practices and artifacts and common tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Establish lightweight governance, scopes, and success measures.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide transparent status reporting and dashboards for sponsors and leaders.
• Drive adoption and sustain outcomes with change-management partners.
