Job summary

Traild, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to own the full implementation journey for large enterprise clients in North America. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Tech and Product to drive go-lives, ensure adoption, and deliver lasting value.

As a senior individual contributor, you will lead onboarding, training, and issue resolution with minimal hand-holding, owning outcomes from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across integrations with eng and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise implementations ($100K+ ACV) from scoping to go-live.
• Own onboarding through successful adoption and measurable value.
• Provide user training and technical support during and after implementation.
• Collaborate daily with Solutions Engineering, Tech and Product to move implementations forward.
• Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders and maintain CSAT above 90%.
