Job summary

RedSail Technologies seeks an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding for pharmacy chain customers onto RedSail’s claims and pharmacy technology platform. You will complete implementation tasks, maintain documentation, and coordinate with customer operations, IT, vendors, and internal teams to go-live smoothly.

Qualifications

2+ years supporting software implementations or onboarding in a B2B setting.
Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
Familiarity with pharmacy claims processing and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned onboarding activities for pharmacy chain customers.
Maintain implementation plans, timelines, and status updates.
Coordinate across customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
Lead testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
