Job summary

• Two years of experience supporting desktops in an enterprise environment.
• Provides technical support by telephone, remote technology, and on-site to computer users statewide.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with established procedures.
• Writes installation documentation and maintains knowledge library.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone, remote tools, and on-site to users statewide.
• Investigate and diagnose computer problems reported by division staff.
• Assist users with complex issues referred from lower-level IS staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues; may involve hardware upgrades.
• Write installation documentation and maintain knowledge library.
