Our Client, a premier provider of integrated business solutions, seeks an Executive Sales Account Hunter in the Greater Philadelphia area. The role targets new enterprise customers across field services, healthcare, transportation, and logistics, driving end-to-end deals from cold outreach to签合同.

Expect long cycles and multiple executives involved; success is measured by new revenue and gross profit, not outreach volume. Base $100K; OTE $340K+ with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven history of prospecting, qualifying, and closing net-new enterprise/midsize B2B accounts.
• Consistent quota attainment with revenue and gross profit targets.
• Executive presence and consultative sales mastery with C-suite engagement.
• Industry experience in field services, healthcare, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Base salary around $100,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) of $340,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly to build a self-generated pipeline of midsize and enterprise targets.
• Formulate ROI models to justify strategic change to executive decision-makers.
• Guide prospects through complex buying cycles with aligned internal priorities.
• Meet and exceed production benchmarks toward a ramped target of $100,000+ monthly gross profit.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams post-sale.
