7Seventy seeks an Enterprise Support Engineer to work with strategic enterprise customers, resolving complex network issues and guiding best practices. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, quarterly health checks, and technical guidance to ensure reliable product performance.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of networking protocols, DNS, DHCP, and Linux, including packet capture and analysis, with a track record of supporting enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with DNS, DHCP, and Linux.
• Experience debugging network issues with packet capture.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proven enterprise customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategic enterprise customers to resolve complex issues.
• Perform quarterly health checks and provide technical guidance.
• Investigate root causes across systems and test environments.
• Coordinate escalations with Engineering and other teams.
• Provide after-hours support on a rotating schedule.
• Document progress with detailed customer case updates.
