Job summary

Ubiquiti is seeking an Enterprise Networking Support Engineer for our Stockholm, Sweden team. You will provide technical support across product lines via phone, chat, and email, owning requests from start to resolution for premium customers.

Ideal candidates possess a strong networking background, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Fluency in European languages is a plus; a three-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid networking knowledge including routing, switching, security, VPNs and TCP/IP

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Ubiquiti product lines via phone, web chat, and email
• Own incoming requests from start to resolution for premium customers
• Educate customers and provide recommendations on products, features and best practices
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, offering workarounds when needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to feedback product improvements and UX enhancements
