Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Palo Alto and Cisco firewall platforms.
• Manage Cisco switching environments and routing; troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Support F5 load balancing and application delivery services.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and operational procedures.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory controls; protect PII/PHI.
• Monitor health and performance using observability platforms; participate in continuous improvement.
