Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of network engineering, administration, or security experience.
• Experience administering Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls.
• Experience supporting Cisco switching environments.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Experience patching, upgrades, and user administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer Palo Alto and Cisco firewall platforms.
• Support Cisco switching environments and routing.
• Maintain load balancing and application delivery services.
• Participate in security controls, incident response, and audits.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and outage analyses.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams.
