Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot is seeking an IT Network Manager to own and deliver enterprise networking services across the organization. You will design, implement, and maintain WLAN/LAN, site-to-site VPNs, SD-WAN, and Internet connectivity to support store and office operations.

The role requires 6+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. You will mentor the network team, manage third-party providers, document architectures, and ensure secure, highly available connectivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience delivering and managing enterprise network technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical expertise on enterprise networking technology including WLAN/LAN, site to site tunneling, SDWAN, and Internet connectivity.
• Lead the technical design of new network infrastructure and services to support business needs and network-dependent solution deployments.
• Take ownership of all physical and virtual network infrastructure ensuring stable, high performance connectivity for endpoints.
• Establish and maintain health monitoring practices across all network infrastructure to proactively minimize service disruption.
• Mentor and provide oversight to the Network team and manage vendor resources for deployments.
