Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Experience as Network Administrator or similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls, VPN technologies.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or distributed enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of incident management and operational support processes.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis, without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN/WLAN and VPN issues across multiple locations.
• Maintain firewalls, switches, wireless APs, and branch connectivity.
• Coordinate circuit provisioning, ISP activities, and connectivity across MPLS/DIA/broadband.
• Monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and perform packet captures.
• Document changes and maintain network diagrams and security standards.
• Manage Jira tickets, provide branch and field support, on-call rotations, and travel as required (up to 50%).
