Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Provide consultation and direct technical support in lifecycle planning, problem management, integration, and network configuration.
• Plan scalable network solutions to meet business requirements for high availability.
• Manage vendor relationships to deliver network products and services cost-effectively.
• Create and maintain technical drawings and support documentation of the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from network service interruptions and prevent recurrences.
