Job summary

You will lead initiatives to enhance performance and automation within the voice network, ensuring reliability and scalability across multiple global data centers. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in voice network engineering and is familiar with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. This position includes participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in voice network engineering, including cloud-based infrastructures.
• Experience with session border controllers and telephony solutions.
• Strong skills in automation and scripting for large-scale telecom networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement next-generation voice network initiatives.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless network deployments.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for voice network incidents.
