Job summary

A leading systems integrator in Atlanta is seeking a Cisco Network and Unified Communications Technician/Engineer for a full-time role. The candidate will be responsible for network systems installation and troubleshooting, mainly remote, and supporting Unified Communications systems. Required qualifications include a minimum of an associate degree in networking, strong knowledge of Cisco network equipment and VoIP principles, as well as excellent multi-tasking abilities. Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree or higher formal training in networking and UC principles (CCNA or better).
• At least three years of both Cisco network equipment configuration/support and UC experience is required.
• Knowledge of Windows systems required for UC integration.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot network systems, mostly remote.
• Support UC systems (UC Manager, voice gateways, IP phones, etc.).
• Follow procedures with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
