Job summary

ABM is seeking a Network Administrator to support and improve our enterprise networking infrastructure across campus, branch, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role includes Tier I/II support for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and cloud networking.

You will collaborate with Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Operations, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, and highly available network services, while supporting modernization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-5 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and network operations.
• Experience with Cisco enterprise networking environments.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
• Preferable, but not required: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
• Experience with Cisco ISE, Catalyst Center, Cisco Meraki, Cisco DNA, ThousandEyes, or Cisco Secure technologies.
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience with Wi-Fi 6/6E environments and Infoblox DDI solutions.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, SASE, and SSE.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/Tier II operational support for enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Internet connectivity services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network performance, availability, and reliability issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support Cisco networking infrastructure including Catalyst switching, wireless controllers, and Meraki environments.
• Perform network refreshes, hardware replacements, software upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
• Maintain network configurations, VLANs, routing protocols, wireless infrastructure, and IP address management.
• Support network security technologies including firewalls, NAC solutions, MFA integrations, segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Partner with Cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation, incident response, and infrastructure hardening initiatives.
• Utilize monitoring and observability platforms to proactively identify and remediate performance issues; analyze packet captures, NetFlow data, latency issues, and application performance metrics.
• Support automation initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, Python, REST APIs, and Git-based workflows.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operating procedures.
• Participate in project implementations, maintenance windows, and on-call support rotations.
• Perform other duties as assigned
