Job summary

Target Hospitality Corp. is seeking a Network Administrator to manage day-to-day network operations across offices, remote sites, and cloud environments. The role emphasizes reliable, secure connectivity, proactive monitoring, and incident response.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in enterprise networking, experience with Cisco Meraki, and hands-on work in AWS and Azure, plus Python scripting for automation. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki switches, wireless APs, security appliances, and Meraki Dashboard.
• Experience administering networks in cloud-connected AWS and Azure environments.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of network tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and related network infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP issues.
• Perform hardware replacements, firmware upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP inventories, and technical docs; assist with expansions and upgrades.
• Provide site support for remote locations and coordinate with providers and vendors.
• Assist in security controls, firewall/VPN configurations, and segmentation initiatives.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and service restoration.
