ABM is seeking a Network Administrator to maintain and improve the enterprise networking infrastructure across campus, branch, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role ensures secure, resilient, and highly available network services through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position focuses on operational excellence, automation, observability, and Zero Trust security while delivering reliable network support and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II support for enterprise network services (routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and cloud networking)
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Operations, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient network services
• Support network modernization initiatives, automation programs, observability platforms, and Zero Trust security objectives
