Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II support for enterprise network services (routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and cloud networking)
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Operations, Service Desk, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient network services
• Support network modernization initiatives, automation programs, observability platforms, and Zero Trust security objectives

Job description

The Network Administrator is responsible for the operational support, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement
of ABM's enterprise networking infrastructure across campus, branch, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role provides Tier I and
Tier II support for enterprise network services, including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and cloud
networking technologies.

The Network Administrator works closely with Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Operations, Service Desk, and business
stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, and highly available network services. The role supports network modernization initiatives,
automation programs, observability platforms, and Zero Trust security objectives while maintaining operational excellence and
customer satisfaction
