Job summary

Crane is hiring a Network Administrator to support enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and branch connectivity.

You will diagnose issues across LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments for regional and remote sites, and manage firewall policies, NAT, and site-to-site IPsec/VPNs. Expect on-call rotations and up to 50% travel to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in enterprise network support and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs.
• Experience across multiple sites and distributed environments.
• Strong incident management and network troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and branch connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments for regional and remote locations.
• Administer and troubleshoot firewall policies, NAT, routing, and VPN solutions including site-to-site IPsec and SSL VPN.
• Coordinate circuit provisioning and connectivity across MPLS, DIA, broadband, and LTE/5G; test and validate failover.
• Monitor performance, analyze traffic, capture packets, and resolve connectivity and app performance issues.
• Support wireless networks with RF analysis and site surveys; execute approved network changes.
• Maintain documentation and diagrams; travel up to 50% for branch and field support; on-call rotations.
