Job summary

Adapture is seeking a Network Administrator to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise network environments for our clients. The role emphasizes Fortinet technologies, incident response, monitoring, and direct client support.

You will work on routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network security, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to plan maintenance, document procedures, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Fortinet FortiOS expertise with FortiGate/ FortiManager.
• Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and VMware networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-first network support and incident response.
• Deploy and monitor network infrastructure; respond to alerts.
• Document configurations, diagrams, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
• Plan and implement network maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain change management procedures.
