Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Network Administrator to provide hands-on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall, switching, and branch connectivity environments.

The ideal candidate has CCNA and Fortinet FCA certifications, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a proven ability to resolve complex connectivity issues while supporting security cameras and badge readers at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise network and IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience troubleshooting switching, routing, firewalls, wireless networking, and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet platforms including firewall policy troubleshooting, SD-WAN, and HA environments.
• Working knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ansible) and related certifications (Fortinet FCA/NSE/FCP, Cisco CCNA).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall, switching, and branch connectivity environments.
• Support network-connected security technologies including badge/access control readers and security cameras across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
