UFP Industries is seeking a Network Administrator II to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure at our Grand Rapids, MI office. You will handle Tier 1–2 incidents, assist with service requests, and work with engineers on projects and hardware refreshes.
The role requires strong troubleshooting, familiarity with enterprise networking technologies, and the ability to work independently while partnering with the Network Engineering team.
Summary: The Network Administrator II is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure through incident resolution, request fulfillment, and standard project work. This role handles Tier 1 and Tier 2 network issues, supports network expansions and hardware refreshes, manages circuits, and collaborates with engineers to maintain a reliable and secure network environment. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with enterprise networking technologies, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with the Network Engineering team. Travel is required at least once every six weeks. LOCATION: This job requires working on‑site 5 days a week out of our Grand Rapids, MI office.
