Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a senior leader to direct the enterprise monitoring, observability, and operational health program in Reno, NV. You will establish governance standards, drive maturity initiatives, and ensure visibility into availability, performance, and reliability across technology services.

The role collaborates with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, security, and service management teams to deliver proactive monitoring and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in enterprise systems or observability with 3+ years of technical leadership.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms and ITSM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise monitoring and observability initiatives with governance and best practices.
• Define monitoring scope, objectives, and performance standards for critical services.
• Develop monitoring strategies aligned to business resilience and cloud modernization.
• Govern alert quality, thresholds, and noise reduction to improve response.
• Design dashboards and runbooks for executives and operators.
• Collaborate with infra, cloud, app, database, security, and service mgmt teams.
