Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Reno, NV seeks a Surveillance Supervisor responsible for all camera surveillance across gaming and non-gaming areas and for supervising surveillance staff. You will lead the department in the absence of the Director, ensure timely alerts, and uphold Title 31 and internal policies.

Essential duties include directing observers, reporting observations to departments, and enforcing confidentiality, compliance, and safe operations, while embodying our values and DEI culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of casino games and ability to identify cheating techniques.
• Basic supervisory skills with employees.
• Understand departmental standards and mission of surveillance.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Good judgment and decision-making for irregular activity.
• Knowledge of gaming operations and ability to identify cheating methods.
• Basic knowledge of video equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the surveillance department operations in the absence of the Director.
• Provide guidance, structure and discipline for observers across shifts.
• Observe and report on all areas under surveillance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Video and monitor casino games, count rooms, food/beverage, retail and cage.
• Communicate observations to other departments and stakeholders.
• Model core values and deliver family-style service and DEI culture.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
