Job summary

Lexipol seeks a Migration Program Manager to lead end-to-end customer migrations from legacy platforms to LexOne. You will orchestrate multi-wave migrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure a superior customer experience through planning, execution, and post-migration stabilization.

The role requires 10+ years of enterprise SaaS migration experience, strong executive communication, and the ability to align product readiness with release schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale enterprise software implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS platform migration or modernization programs.
• Experience coordinating large cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Executive presentation & communication skills: present weekly to CEO & ELT.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, project management or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of customer migration programs from planning through post-migration stabilization.
• Build and maintain integrated migration schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings, executive status reviews, risk registers, and action tracking.
• Develop migration wave plans aligned with organizational priorities.
• Drive execution against program milestones while proactively managing schedule risks.
• Facilitate governance meetings with executive stakeholders.
• Maintain program documentation including meeting notes, agendas, deliverables.
• Develop standardized migration methodologies and templates, run books and governance processes.
• Measure migration success through KPIs and adjust plan based on customer feedback.
