Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience managing $50M+ programs with executive visibility and accountability.
• Hands-on Azure cloud migration, datacenter migration, or datacenter exit programs.
• Deep governance, portfolio management, executive reporting, and operating models.
• Cross-functional leadership across infrastructure, cloud, security, operations and business
• Experience managing enterprise risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery; PMP/PgMP/SAFe certs.
• Experience in large enterprises undergoing cloud transformation.
• Experience with Azure Landing Zones, Cloud Operations, or CCoE teams.
• Consulting or professional services background for migrations.
• Experience managing third-party SIs, cloud partners, MSPs.
• Knowledge of FinOps, cloud governance, and enterprise security frameworks

We are seeking an experienced Lead Datacenter Migration Program Manager to provide end-to-end leadership for a large-scale Azure Datacenter Migration Program. This individual will serve as the senior program lead responsible for driving migration strategy, governance, executive alignment, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives, including cloud migrations and datacenter exits, with experience managing programs valued at $50M+. This role will own the integrated program plan, executive communications, governance framework, dependency management, risk mitigation, and milestone execution to ensure successful migration outcomes

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing $50M+ programs with executive-level visibility and accountability.
• Hands-on experience leading Azure cloud migration, datacenter migration, or datacenter exit programs.
• Deep understanding of program governance, portfolio management, executive reporting, and operating models.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional teams across infrastructure, cloud, security, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience within large enterprise environments undergoing cloud transformation.
• Prior experience working with Azure Landing Zones, Cloud Operations, or Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) teams.
• Consulting or professional services background supporting enterprise migrations.
• Experience managing third-party system integrators, cloud partners, and managed service providers.
• Knowledge of FinOps, cloud governance, and enterprise security frameworks
