Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-workstream enterprise system in Federal/DoD environments.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience coordinating with Federal Government stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ability to support stage-gate, migration-readiness, testing, and go-live decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Integrated Master Schedule, cross-domain dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, program governance, quality, and Government coordination.
• Lead program reporting and stage-gate readiness activities, coordinate cutover and stabilization planning, and provide leadership with evidence-based assessments of progress, readiness, schedule impacts, recovery options, and go-live recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with functional, data migration, testing, change management, and technical teams to keep the overall transition aligned and on schedule.
