Job summary

Integrity Express Logistics is seeking an Enterprise Account Scheduler in Tampa to manage appointment scheduling, coordinate shipments, and communicate across customers, carriers, and internal teams. The role reports to the Enterprise Account Manager and emphasizes reliability, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong MS Office skills (Outlook/Excel), and prior scheduling or logistics experience.

• Previous scheduling, administration, logistics, or account coordination experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build loads and schedule pickup/delivery appointments to meet customer requirements.

• Support the billing process and assist with documentation when necessary.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Enterprise Account Scheduler to support our Enterprise Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent communication across carriers, customers, and internal teams. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring our operations run smoothly each day while delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Enterprise Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build loads and schedule pickup/delivery appointments in alignment with customer requirements
• Communicate shipment updates and issues to customers and carriers clearly and professionally
• Adjust previously scheduled appointments as needed due to changes or disruptions
• Support the billing process and assist with documentation when necessary
• Handle email correspondence and phone communication with accuracy and professionalism
• Assist with various account management duties and perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing award-winning service and timely updates
