DEPCOM Power is seeking a strategic and transformational Director, Logistics Operations to lead the evolution of our enterprise logistics capability. This executive role will shape systems, processes, people, and technologies to ensure materials and equipment are available for project delivery, based at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters.

The ideal candidate builds scalable organizations and solutions, driving performance, reliability, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing for large-scale projects.
• Leadership experience managing large-scale logistics or operational organizations.
• Experience developing enterprise logistics strategies and operating models.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in energy, EPC, or utility-scale projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise logistics strategy aligned with growth objectives, project delivery requirements, and customer commitments.
• Lead enterprise initiatives related to material flow, transportation, fleet management, warehousing, site logistics, and equipment deployment.
• Align logistics resources and operational capabilities with project demands and business priorities.
• Drive fleet utilization strategies to improve equipment productivity and reliability.
• Establish warehousing standards and operating models to improve inventory accuracy and asset control.
