Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc is seeking a Director of Workforce Development to lead enterprise workforce strategy, apprenticeship programs, and leadership development across the business. The role supports partnerships with trades, educational institutions, and industry groups to build scalable talent pipelines for project execution.

Based in Scottsdale, AZ, this position focuses on compliance with IRA and other programs, and requires travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
Experience in workforce development, organizational development, talent management, training, operations, or construction.
Experience developing apprenticeship programs, workforce pipelines & strategies, career development initiatives, technical qualification systems, or compliance-related workforce programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term workforce development strategy aligned to business growth, project demand, and operational priorities.
Establish scalable workforce planning systems that anticipate future labor, leadership, and technical capability needs.
Design, implement, and continuously improve apprenticeship and workforce pipeline programs with external partnerships.
Provide leadership for workforce-related compliance requirements, including apprenticeship and prevailing wage obligations.
