Job summary

DEPCOM Power seeks a Supply Chain Operations Manager to drive procurement process excellence and automation at its Scottsdale, AZ HQ. You will standardize workflows, reduce cycle times, and optimize data quality across Procure-to-Pay, partnering with engineering, finance, and field operations to scale improvements.

The role emphasizes governance, dashboards, and adoption of enterprise systems to deliver measurable value and durable execution in a rapidly evolving energy projects environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or project management.
• Proven ability to map, improve, standardize, or implement processes and workflows.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems, workflow tools, or enterprise apps.
• Ability to use data, dashboards, and metrics to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to implement process or system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own process excellence and automation across procurement to speed up work.
• Standardize procurement workflows across onboarding, data capture, approvals, and POs.
• Identify high-value opportunities to reduce cycle time, errors, and rework.
• Leverage AI, ERP, and enterprise capabilities to improve execution and data quality.
• Partner with various teams to pilot, govern, and scale improvements.
• Develop clear documentation, governance, metrics, dashboards, and adoption plans.
• Support Procure-to-Pay improvements with role clarity and data requirements.
• Measure productivity gains, compliance, and adoption progress.
• Promote controls and sustainable change management with new tools.
• Communicate with stakeholders and influence adoption of new processes.
