Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Logistics Foreman to lead on-site logistics across U.S. construction sites. You will drive safety training, PBM practices, and efficient material handling while coordinating demobilization and inbound deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or site management.
• Experience leading a team in construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management and material handling practices.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment training.
• Ability to operate and manage time sheet systems with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 100% on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site kickoff reviews to align logistics with project goals.
• Coordinate and deliver safety and equipment training for on-site personnel.
• Drive PBM trainings and implement PBM practices to improve efficiency.
• Oversee inventory receipt, inspection, and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage material movement on-site and ensure proper storage preservation.
• Supervise unloading, inspection, and handling of materials.
• Lead on-site personnel, ensuring optimized workflows and safety.
• Manage time sheets and personnel records with accurate reporting.
• Execute the demobilization process, including inventory updates and transportation coordination.
• Set up inbound warehouse deliveries and ensure smooth transitions between sites.
