Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in learning, project or program management, performance consulting, or training development.
• Experience managing design and implementation of multiple learning projects.
• Experience partnering with senior management to create learning strategies.
• Experience in human performance consulting, instructional design, training delivery, and learning assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise learning strategy by translating business priorities into learning frameworks and programs.
• Advise senior leaders and align competing priorities using performance consulting.
• Lead high-visibility initiatives from strategy through implementation, governance, and measurement.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams around a shared direction with change management and learning design.
• Drive insights and ROI by applying data, assessments, and industry trends to improve outcomes.
• Elevate organizational capability by coaching learning professionals and representing the function in enterprise forums.
