Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Iowa seeks a Manager Learning Performance & Delivery to lead the enterprise learning delivery engine, aligning solutions with business needs and coaching a team of learning professionals. This on-site role will ensure readiness, quality, and impact across instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Education/Business/Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in learning and development or related field.
• Experience managing professionals including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Learning Delivery function with annual and short-term goals.
• Coach, develop, inspire, and evaluate learning professionals with clear expectations.
• Oversee instructor-led, virtual, blended, and technology-enabled learning.
• Own workforce planning, assignment decisions, and delivery coverage.
• Establish and maintain enterprise standards for facilitation and learner readiness.
• Partner with L&D to ensure solutions are delivery-ready with guides and materials.
• Coordinate with Learning Technology to strengthen scheduling and data practices.
• Align delivery resources with enterprise priorities.
