Job summary

Entegris seeks a Lead, Technical Training Platforms to lead the LMS and related training systems across our global operations. You will oversee governance, integrations, and platform health to enable scalable training capabilities.

You will partner with IT, Operations, Quality, EHS, and HR/Talent Development to translate capability needs into effective platform solutions that drive adoption, compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Organizational Development or related field.
• 7+ years administering LMS in multi-site or global settings.
• Experience with governance, compliance, and platform integrations.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Govern the enterprise LMS and related training tech, including standards and roles.
• Maintain platform stability, data integrity, and issue resolution.
• Plan and coordinate LMS enhancements and integrations with IT and vendors.
• Identify improvements to streamline processes and user experience.
• Partner with regional training leaders to support adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform with quality, safety, and talent needs.
• Coordinate analytics and automation efforts to improve insights.
