Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive each enterprise merchant to a successful launch from sales through post-launch.
• Build organized work-back schedules and timelines to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners and manage go-live dates across teams.
• Tailor solutions through a consultative approach to client needs and goals.
• Perform in-depth discovery, map business processes, and design tailored automation solutions.
• Maintain executive-level communication and document progress to protect timelines.
