Job summary

ITW in Glenview, IL is seeking a Senior IT Vendor Programs Analyst to drive value through managed vendor relationships and effective IT programs. You will align Enterprise stakeholders, develop and support IT vendor programs that are adopted across ITW divisions, and support vendor negotiations and performance management.

You will analyze contracts, coordinate SOWs/RFPs, monitor SLAs, and drive cost savings while collaborating with Legal, IT, and business partners to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• 5+ years IT Vendor Management and contract negotiation experience.
• 3+ years experience with sourcing processes including RFXs (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Experience managing business technology requirements, project plans, and project financials.
• Strong IT acumen across hardware, software, services, and telecom.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and data skills (Excel).
• Ability to build relationships and drive consensus across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, develop, and maintain effective IT vendor programs.
• Educate and interpret IT vendor contracts for ITW business segments and stakeholders.
• Investigate vendor program issues and coordinate resolution with escalation as needed.
• Negotiate IT vendor contracts, terms, and renewals to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct market analysis and drive vendor compliance and cost optimization.
• Assist in developing SOWs and managing RFI/RFP/RFQ processes.
• Coordinate enterprise communications related to IT vendor programs and changes.
• Measure program performance with SLA reviews and vendor scorecards.
• Track market trends to inform product and service roadmaps.
