Patrick Industries seeks an IT Manager, Vendor and Contracts to lead the vendor management office, owning contract lifecycle management, supplier performance, and cost optimization.

You will direct a team of contract analysts, establish governance, and partner with Legal and Finance to ensure terms, SLAs, and risk posture align with Patrick IT's strategic pillars while driving measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 7+ years in IT or procurement with vendor relationships.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and performance tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for Patrick IT vendors.
• Maintain centralized contract repository with accurate terms and renewal dates.
• Administer vendor performance scorecards, SLAs, and reviews.
• Lead vendor risk assessments and ensure compliance with procurement standards.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and act as primary point of contact.
• Coach and develop a team of vendor/contract analysts.
