Job summary

IDS International is seeking a PC Technician to support enterprise IT operations and end-user support at Fort Bragg. You will assist with system maintenance, workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and IT support activities in a defense-focused environment.

The role requires a Secret clearance, networking knowledge, and experience supporting Army/JMC interoperability to ensure secure, reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or equivalent.
• Associate degree in IT or four years of professional IT experience.
• Certification meeting DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) Basic proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols.
• Understanding of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of IT system operation, maintenance, and security.
• Experience providing IT support in an Enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support in an Enterprise environment.
• Troubleshoot system hardware and software.
• Configure and validate network workstations.
• Document and query reported incidents.
• Support IT system operation, maintenance, and security.
• Support Army and Joint Mission Command system interoperability requirements.
