Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Information Technology focusing on enterprise-level systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational, product and technology support for Enterprise departments, systems, and applications.
• Leads projects for assigned departments with enterprise sponsors.
• Maintains SLAs with enterprise and vendors.
• Represents knowledge of system capabilities and application to enterprise needs.
