Responsibilities

• Lead IT activities across infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud services, security, and compliance.
• Ensure continuity of computer, network, and application services through leadership and oversight.
• Align IT services with business processes and customer requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, budgeting, and project oversight.
• Forecast costs and plan budgets for IT projects.
• Recommend hardware/software upgrades and governance improvements.
• Develop policies and standards to strengthen service delivery and security.
• Audit systems and maintain backup/recovery readiness.
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
• Lead staff recruitment, performance reviews, and policy enforcement.
