Job summary

Via Licensing Alliance LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex enterprise technology initiatives from inception through implementation and operational transition.

You will oversee a diverse portfolio including business applications, infrastructure, cloud, CRM, analytics, integrations, and platform modernization, partnering with analysts, product owners, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 8+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience leading complex enterprise software, cloud, analytics, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery methods and governance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives and roadmaps.
• Define scope, milestones, and delivery plans across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and transition to production operations.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery commitments and report progress.
